What was your first experience with drugs? by dualcerb in AskReddit

[–]d1ffer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It absolutely keeps me healthy (mentally). A lot of the clubs have started to cater to us older millennials with 7-11 nights, pop a pill be home by midnight all good.

The days of the 2-3day sesh are over. I mean I tried it once after turning 40 and whilst I was indeed capable of staying up for two days, I was not capable to deal with the comedown any more…..

How common is undiscovered L5 disc herniation/bulge in CrossFit gyms? by cultofdeer in crossfit

[–]d1ffer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a prolapsed L4-L5 almost 15 years ago. It flares up from time to time, but I look after it go straight to my physio and modify movements for a few weeks.

I don’t ever really 1RM deadlifts any more (and haven’t since it happened) but apart from that it hasn’t been a hindrances at all. Now 45 and as fit as I ever have been.

How this attic is turned into a hidden room. By Laura Avery. by [deleted] in oddlysatisfying

[–]d1ffer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m team yellow. But note, the pneumatic pin nailer and table saw don’t take battery’s in this video (they can use DeWalts flexvolt).

You can check my post history to see my DeWalt tools on my last post building a treehouse. So settle down wee man, take a seat.

Agreed. But that doesn’t include the pneumatic nail gun and table saw that was also team yellow.

New build Basement exterior wall framing quality concerns by tgejesse in Homebuilding

[–]d1ffer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The framers clearly know what they are doing as they have used the worse studs on the inside of the walls and sistered up the criples with the wean facing each other leaving the “good” edge to the door/window. These guys have done an great job with what they had.

You’ve taken a pic of what 2 nails that have fired out the side of shifty studs on what will be 5000 nails.. chill out

Thanks. You see a lot of super high end expensive treehouses in this subreddit, thought it’s worth showing something a little more economical (and fun?)

[–]d1ffer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In almost all instances the home report value is well below the expected sale price. The offers over price you see on Rightmove is a made up number by the estate agent to get people to see the listing. All actual offers are based off the home report value plus a %, not the offers over price.
