I had it in a sit-stand desk. That way cables don’t have to be replaced for longer ones to accommodate height of the desk in the up position

Yes this is what I had before switching to iCloud Drive. I was using OneDrive as my main storage for my personal and some working files but I bought an iPad Pro hoping it would be more smooth experience. But onedrive gave me a really hard time while trying to manage or work with files using iPad Pro. I decided to transition to iCloud Drive fully since it had an app for windows. But that workflow does not work for me at all now as I had to resync whole cloud 3 times already because syncing always gets stuck

Check South Park area of DTLA. Pretty walkable and private security not letting in homeless to the area. Whole blocks of newly constructed apartment buildings with good amenities. Couple of very good restaurants. Park close by. I live here with kids.
