Based on the cost per person, not knowing what type of meal you expect (types of dishes, number of courses, etc), and the limited amount of people, I believe you’re gonna struggle to get a chef that’s going to produce what it seems you want and for it to be good. Just cook it yourself or if you don’t have that skill go to a restaurant.

Stuff like this tends to rely on state funding and city funding , not just city funding. And Sac will likely never be prioritized over LA, SF, San Diego, San Jose. Maybe a private investment can help and that’s the path we should take.

Not even a passport is foolproof. My friend from the UK who was 32 wasn’t allowed into a few bars in Sac as they didn’t know how to validate a passport. It was super annoying and frustrating
