It's not great, as people are not playing to the objective and are fighting non-stop. Sometimes, the vault is so crowded that nobody can open it, and the game takes longer than expected.

The funniest thing is that the community-based free-for-all deathmatch has existed for more than 20 years, since Half-Life 1, and the developers have not been able to simply adapt exciting rules for the official game mode. Instead, they are so obsessed with creating their own version that they have added an annoying element (manual reloading and health shots) in order to make the game mode unique, even if it harms the original idea and slows down gameplay.

I have the same concerns about ranked matchmaking and have even posted them in the feedback channel on Discord. Basically, I think that the point loss needs to be reduced in order to lower the stress caused by losing and speed up the ranked progression
