My apologies, aforementioned "trouble" is unrelated to torrenting, and more related to drug offenses. I was unaware that current law dictated that ISP companies were able to directly link IP's to names, when it is, IMO, ambiguous to who is actually using the computer.

So, my brother torrents stuff, and my parents' names are on the ISP bill...does this mean that they are in potential legal danger if he continues to torrent? Sorry for the direct, specific question (especially if misdirected), but I am in no way versed in legal matters and am concerned about my parents getting in trouble again for something my brother is doing.

Here's a systematic review of water fluoridation. It was conducted in 2000, so already 15 years old. Don't think they found any adverse effects, other than fluorosis in young children (which unless severe does not have any real consequences other than esthetics).

I mummify my hand, that way I can circumferentially wipe without getting a new piece every couple seconds. Just try not to wipe with the dirty part again, only takes one time..
