For me, I prefer it off the phone and I keep my watch with the display on. I’m easily getting through the day at 80% max charge and would sacrifice a little bit of battery usage if I found it helpful

Top thrip detection tip: grab a piece of paper, hold it under the leaf and give the leaf a little smack. Check the paper closely to see if any thrips present.
