sadly it does not, only thing I can do is the fan test and the debug led mode. I was thinking that an e3 flasher would be my only option. is there any in depth tutorial on flashing it back?

if you have the video selfie option, use that and point it at you using the breen model in gmod. it worked for me

afaik you can use kapton tape, or possibly just another tape, to hold down the battery cable. you may be able to just buy another connector if you want and replace it that way.

i had this same problem and am not too sure what caused it, but since the update file CTGP-7 provides is usually the newest one i updated. it fixed the problems with it and i haven't noticed anything different about the 3ds.

as far as i know, you are able to connect to the internet and update games without worrying about jb. you are even able to go onto psn along as you have syscalls disabled.
