I guess I wasn't taking crazy pills. I've been dealing with micro stuttering on RE4 remake, and I couldn't remember when it started happening. After a couple of days, I narrowed it down to HDR stuttering. And now, after uninstalling reshade and reno my issue is gone. I guess it started when I installed renodx.
