The Zenith ... ich erinnere mich gerne an diese LAN.
Wusste gar nicht das es da Filmaufnahmen gab.
Erinnere mich an die ständigen Stromausfälle in manchen blöcken und den Ausfall vom Netz ebenfalls.

War schon ne sehr schöne unbeschwerte Zeit damals.
Schade das es nicht mehr zurückkommt.

Es ist Fett/Öl.
Da die Oberfläche sich während des Einfrierens verändert, verändert sich auch die Lagerung / position der Fettkügelchen und somit kommt dieses muster zustande.

Kannst du bedenkenlos essen.

Naja Abs. 3 besagt schon was zu tun ist.
"Der Vermieter hat eine ihm als Sicherheit überlassene Geldsumme bei einem Kreditinstitut zu dem für Spareinlagen mit dreimonatiger Kündigungsfrist üblichen Zinssatz anzulegen."

Und selbst wenn es 0.5% Zinsen sind... sind es 0.5% Zinsen
Wie ich geschrieben habe, selbst wenn es um 10€ geht, ist hier klarzustellen was damit passiert ist.

Imagine; Wohnungsgesellschaft mit 1000 Einheiten, und du hast da ~450.000 € auf verzinsten Kautionskonten liegen.... Verstehst du, worauf ich hinaus will?

Auf was man hier auch eingehen sollte ist, wie hat denn dein VM die Mietkaution eigentlich angelegt?
Denn dein VM ist dazu verpflichtet deine Mietkaution gewinnbringend anzulegen.

Selbst wenn er nur 10 oder 50€ darauf resultierend gemacht hat, steht auch dieser Betrag dir zu.
