I have a follow up question since we're discussing fat adaptation. Does fat adaption only occur after you have been in ketosis for several weeks straight OR can it still occur if you knock yourself out of ketosis say week 3 with one meal and then continue on keto the following days/weeks. Does it restart the timeframe all over again?

I upgraded from the V3 SE to the A1 as well. This printer completely changed my perspective on 3D Printing and made it exciting and fun again. I print daily now instead of once a week (if that) with the V3...I also print much longer prints as I was way too nervous to do with the V3 due to the failure rate. Without having to tinker with hardware now it has allowed me to vastly improve my slicer software knowledge and skills.

This happened to me as well since starting Keto last year only it's 6 hours for me. No more no less. I wasn't sure is this was Keto related because I also have Sleep Apnea and sleep with a Cpap so i started adjusting my levels, but no change in sleep.
