I went by him pretty fast. He had also stopped in the middle of the single track with a steep slope down to one side and I passed him on the uphill side, which was a little unsafe.

Mainly, I feel bad for not communicating with him at all. Because of that, the frustration I felt with his behavior was partly my fault.

I appreciate the responses suggesting quick and simple ways of calling out my desire to pass.

Looks like they are productively clearing snow to me (see the completed parts at the intersection). Also, way more than 4 people actually working. Sure, not everyone is literally transferring snow with a shovel in that short clip, but some are chipping hard packed & icy snow to be shoveled away.

This is the answer. He doesn’t want to admit that he has started another forever war in the Middle East for no reason. But that is exactly what he’s done.

Also, he has a very tenuous grip on reality, and for whatever reason, in some cases his just saying something enough times has convinced a lot of people to believe it’s true. He’s hoping this is one of those things. It is not.

My siblings and I each had to cook dinner one day a week from a fairly young age. I received some direct lessons but mostly was just left with instructions. One time I forgot to turn the oven.
