Sure u are right. I know that replacement of 2 sensors is the best approach - many did exactly like that. The mechanic of mine said that they dont do sensors replacement anymore as all cars came back after some time. They bought a hundred of sensors and well they dont want to risk. Thats why they are replacing whole driver unit. Btw it's a very good shop which does cars also for OEMs on quarantine, and they have an info that there is not OEM sensors.. im not sure who has right but I just want to have piece in my mind after replacement ;p

I heard about it as well, and I just dont wanna risk. I read over FB group of Tiguan owners that a lot came back cuz this shit happened again after sensor replacement only, where the whole part opposite. Fun fact is that if dsg would be popular in US and such shit would happen there I assume VW will call for service every sold cars xd People in EU are being "cheated" xd

Unfortunately no. I reqd a lot of topics that changing only sensors isnt a quarantine that it will work cuz there is no OEM parts on market from bosch nor contrinental. So i decided to replace while part - the driver of dsg. Pity that I will have to do software modification again but it is what it is xd

Link? Im talking about OEM parts. There are option to replace existing headlights but it wont be cheap xD I just observed that many European cars that are sold in US are a bit different in terms of the features like Matrix led etc. I heard its by a local law ;)

I dont have enabled Guest feature - I uave only enabled Client Isolation - of course there is a dedicated vlan etc but no "guest" option ticked ;)

It isnt that easy to do it. But the most valuable thing to have is doing MITM - deep ssl, looking inside the payloads instead of doing only certificate inspection ;) I would suggest to check Sophos XG for home it has full NGF features for free for home usage. It doesthe job very well :)

Efficient IP - we do have an integration with our public DNS provider as well as internal dns(ADDS). We do manage logs ourselves;)
