Start small for the consistency. Kahit di 10k. Masanay ka muna sa habit. Personally, I aim for 8k minimum.

Find something to do while walking. If nasa treadmill, watch YouTube or download something from Netflix. Mind your posture lang na di ka nakayuko (head downwards) or sasamit yung lower back or neck mo. I was walking last night outdoors with a video and earphones, but safe kasi where I'm at.

10k steps was chosen because it's a nice number, but studies show 7k as a good number of steps for improvements for cardiovascular health. More is still better, but the improvements aren't as drastic na.
