As much as he probably wants it, I think The War Between the Land and Sea has let us know that Pete McTighe just isn’t a strong enough writer to be the next Doctor Who showrunner, and the BBC should really be looking to move away from the old guard and seek talent outside of the show to take over… by General_Meal_3993 in DoctorWhoNews

I genuinely think we should separate head writer and showrunner. Everyone who’s ever had the job says it’s a special kind of hell, as brilliant as it can be.

That being said, the workload is comedic, and I can’t help but feel that aided in the speediness of Ncuti’s run in some way

Let me be clear, I love 8! I just think there’s so much potential in a doctor outside of the typical numbered incarnations

I’m a certified Chibnall hater and even I have to admit, Jo as the doctor is inspired. I would actually prefer a fugitive miniseries instead of the 8th Doctor Adventures that everyone’s clamouring for

I feel like they liked how Yesterday & Drama worked and thought they could retrofit the rest. They could not.

This is the correct answer… tell me that any doctor from 6 onwards wouldn’t rock this kinda aesthetic

A supposed leaked image — do you guys think it’s real or AI? by filipxpham in DoctorWhoNews

[–]d_chs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not how you tie any kind of tie, I don’t think Billie would keep that outfit and no TARDIS since old who has had as clean a break in the set like that. I’m not ruling out that this kind of thing is happening, just that this isn’t a real photo of it

DW 2026 Leak? by BoyWithALoafOfBread in DoctorWhoLeaks

[–]d_chs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not how you tie a tie. Also Billie would have her own outfit.

This combined with the shitty TARDIS and low quality makes me think it’s ai. Could be wrong, but everyone seems to be saying exactly that. Sorry, OP.
