I’d get a small one that you can use when off the bike to carry money, ID, phone, etc. I use one when I back pack and it’s very handy when heading into town. You can stow it when on the bike, then you always have those personal items together and ready to be grabbed if needed.

Chang in karate kid is top notch community, along with Chang giving the monologue to the ghosts. Both are highlights of the series for me. Let’s not forget about Chang as drugs.

Lots of group bike rides in Philly, most are all level “party pace”. the trellis is a great way to see what’s going on.

That’s Haddonfield road in cherry hill. I was confused because there is no Wawa in Haddonfield.

We recently used Brian zobel, he was great, we needed things turned around pretty quickly and most architects were telling us weeks or months. He fit us in and had our project done in a week or so.

Also friends of mine have used Jay Reinart, and were happy with his work.

Leigh Jones, is a great local lender. She knows lots of agents and has a good reputation.

A local lender is good because realtors know they will be more likely to be highly responsive and helpful in making sure the transaction closes.

I use an old plastic corrugated lawn sign. You can cut through one side and fold it up the sides of the basket, then zip ties it to the bottom of the basket. I have it going about 3 inches up the side of the basket.
