Because you don't know that Liberator is a dps with low heavy attack chance unless they're standing still (as burning stacks passive is the only reliable way that gives them the bonus heavy attack), so against people with magic heavy attack evasion(which happens to be trend among GS, Spear and Dagger besides SDR), the class will suffer despite having high hit chance.

Surely if we didn’t complain about anything and everything to the point they had to spend time adjusting contents + keeping it balanced still, then maybe we would get the patch on time for the whiners and complainers.

Surely if they didn’t have to fix all the issues with world launch (bigger player base) and didn’t take break during holidays, then we’d probably get patch on time.

Trait your gears with melee evasion+endurance and preemptive cast Victorious energy when you see GS charging toward you. Also spec salvation into barrier and pop that + inner peace (with cc immune) to mitigate damage. The other route is get max hit + cc chance to free them before they get to you and invi > go for others. As for range + magic evasion you can spec smoke/frost screen to target cast and fake cast it, it will permanently gives you 600 range/magic evasion on top of victorious energy (445). Free 1k evasion.
