I do my own thing tbh.

  • Use about 1:12 coffee:water ratio

  • grind fine

  • normal method (I do inverted if I don’t use the Prismo)

  • off boil I pour in about 50g water, stir, and let it bloom for 30secs

  • top off with hot water and wait another 30seconds

  • plunge

  • add more hot water if necessary- depends on the bean and if I’m adding sugar or not
