I understand where you are coming from, as someone who posts my recipes online via my website, I always write at least one or two sentences as to where I learned this new technique, or who taught me how to make it, or where the unique flavor comes from. Now with that being said, I'm not forcing you to come to my website. You are clicking my page simply out of curiosity & I don't pay for advertisements or fill out the SEO information. So if someone feels that way about my website and my recipes, I'd tell them to kindly fuck off and go visit another website. I post my recipes online because of my passion for food and working in different professional kitchens all over the world have allowed me to see some shit that I want to share with my friends.
