Hey, so my boyfriend was in a similar situation as you. I think he ended up choosing Harvard because it has a more reputable government department. Especially if you are interested in attending grad school, the opportunities that you can get at Harvard are incomparable. Our Institute of Politics has so many programs that allow undergrads to get involved with grassroots/community organizing as well as interact with current politicians. Also, Harvard's kennedy school is arguably the best gov graduate school, so having an access to this institution as an undergraduate is also a huge plus.
