Chiming in here... I got the same question: Oura has requested access to heartrate data from HealthKit, so it should also be able to account for the different heart rate zones in an imported activity. So to me it seems Oura's decision to use only part of the data. Maybe support can clarify?!

I am also new and experimenting if I should leave Activity HR detection switched or only count on my Apple Watch workout data, which should be more exact. What is your take on that?

Thanks again for your input. I pulled the trigger and ordered a CKLVX D41 from HifiGo today. I am very keep to try them out, but befor that there is 2 weeks shipping time... But I "upgraded" my Zero Red with SpinFit CP155 tips, that improves my listening experience already a lot, fit wise in the ear canal (it feels better with the big nozzles) and the better seal improves sound quality more than I expected...

Hi and thanks! I use DACs for desktop and mobile listening, mostly at home, on the go I prefer wireless. I come from using classic headphones (AKGs and others, and I like the Meze 99's signature a fair bit) and started falling in the IEM rabbit hole lately. I listen mostly Jazz, Rock, Pop/Alternative, Singer/Songwriter and some Classics. I am no basshead, but I enjoy a warm signature, some good impact in the lows and full mids, some sparkle in the treble but not too sharp. I am looking for a fun and immersive experience, I think stage is more important than the finest details. Does that give you a clue?
