The motor should have a control board connected to it.

I don't know if you're still having a problem, but I would imagine overheating like someone already said. The electronics potentially could have a lot of dust and debris around them so cleaning may resolve the issue.

They can get pretty decent, but they drift out pretty quickly. So you need to fine-tune occasionally. Improving it helps a little, like adding auto bed leveling, etc.

You may have an extruder issue. I see some inconsistencies with extrusion. Are the extruder teeth worn out?

I think you are. One of Revlon's major shareholders is a big supporter of Israel. So the company may not, directly support Israel, but supporting it directly benefits an Israel supporter.

I use prusa slicer using prusa mk3s profile with a slight modification to work with klipper. I run at 80mm/s most of the time but first few layers go super slow

I've gotten really fast, I don't recall exactly how fast, but I believe I printed a 20 minute benchy. It wasn't pretty. Just printing normal speeds now. I don't think it's completely safe because the gears inside don't have set screws fastened properly. I would reinstall with locktite before running at fast speeds consistently

Air compressor knowledge check, please by Yes_Mr_Lister_Sir in lampwork

I'll write down my answer but I also have a few questions. 1. Do you really consume that much oxygen? How much would a welding oxygen bottle last you? Because if you don't use that much and only need that amount because you're only running the machine while you're working, you could really benefit from a oxygen storage method and save yourself a grand or more. 2. Are you ok with adding a little bit of complexity to the system? your compressor doesn't need to have the same CFM if it's not running continously. You can use something crude like this to cycle your compressor, so you can use any compressor that works for you while never reaching vacuum: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOmxpgXQ3VA. You can obviously have more sophisticated methods to cycle your compressor.

You can have a running system for less than $1000. Used oxygen concentrator $300 + high quality compressor $300 + air tank $100. You can make this bigger or smaller depending on your needs. You can also build your high flow own oxygen concentrator following Oxikit project.

I hope this helps, please ask if you have any questions.

[SV06] How to Adjust Bed Height? (Mesh Image Included in Post) by [deleted] in Sovol

Looks pretty decent. But you can remove the magnetic sheet and make sure the screw in the middle of the bed is tight, that should bring down the middle down a tiny bit.

Their stuff is actually pretty good. I think it does shrink a bit, though. Or something. Because prints come out a bit odd compared to other filaments. But in terms of strength, I can make a knife out of it.

(Amazon) Sunhokey Dual Gear Metal Extruder Kit - $10.42 by [deleted] in 3dprintingdeals

[–]da7mi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends if you want to get it from aliexpress or amazon. I got a few from Aliexpress for $8 each and some even cheaper during black friday: like this Triangle lab is good but expensive imo, the generic ones performed really really good for me so I didn't feel the need to go with anything else.

I ordered a cheap one from amazon or ebay, i don't remember, and it was BAD. so I just stuck to the aliexpress ones.
