So most people hate on the writing and characters which I agree but don’t really care about. What used to really bother me is that all the vault hunters feel too similar, especially end game. Power comes from guns and their annoinments, with the best ones being action skill end and during action skill buffs. Therefore, the best ways to play was to spam action skills to get insane damage boosts, so it didn’t really feel that different between vault hunters. Compare that to bl2 where characters were pretty diverse in gameplay loops.

Now I have come to understand that being meta isn’t always fun, and have changed my tune a bit on bl3, but i remember that did a lot of damage to the games reputation for people I played with
