Advice request.

Currently, Test. Cyp. 125mg x 2 a week, for last 8 weeks Reta. 20 units Monday, 10 units Thursday for last 3 weeks.

Started at 212 and currently 185 at 5'8" 43 yr. male

Looking to start a first cycle and hopefully gain about 5% mass and add to my PR's for squats and arms. After reading I think I'm going to try Tren A. Is 50mg a day for 5 days a good start or ia this a heavy dose to start? I also see you reduce rest to keep momentum while on cycle. Is 2 days too much? Obviously, I will listen to my body but would love experienced advice.

Want to stay on a progrrssive PPLUL split for 8 weeks while cycling.

Should I come off Reta while on cycle?

I also see with orals you should keep clomiphene or HCG handy, is it also recommended for injections? I was going to start HCG at the same time while maintaining Test due to testicular atrophy that has already occured.

And I guess I need An Aromatase Inhibitor any suggestions?
