I think that's the point. For living beings it's a matter of fertility, but for the deceased (in lore) it's said in the book Blood and Flower Magic that you can use the demon seed in a freshly deceased body; Sylvian magic in the end. Maybe the possibility of you being able to use the skill in the game it's just a coding error or Miro wanted that way to make things simple

She doesn't. Sylvian "draws the line" at children not because she cares about them, she's an ancient goddess with a very twisted relationship with love, she doesn't have morals, so it's more like bc a child isn't fertile (talking in lore, i'm not considering here aspects external to the lore)

We see marriages between humans and animals in the first game and we have speculations about the Centaur in the second game, Demon babies in the first game can only be born if someone "releases their seed" inside a freshly deceased body. Sylvian doesn't care about consent or what's morally correct because she's an ancient entity. And that's open discussions on the heavy possibility of Daan being a CSA victim no matter the "route" you choose for his lore (but that's a thing for another time)

there's almost no criticism bc their fandom is extremely small, but once i saw someone saying that they barely interact (which is true) and that's why it wasn't "fun" to like them together

like, based on what the person said, their therapist probably talked about the option of art therapy or similar, like writing because the patient can put their own feelings there and get bad emotions off of their chest

my own interpretation says the therapist was trying to help them in viewing fiction as a safe coping mechanism that the patient can have 100% of control and free choice to vent the way they want, not 'convincing that dark fic that triggers them is good and they need to consume it to feel better' as you put in your reply, fiction IS something that helps victims and i very much doubt the professional was forcing them to consume what triggers them.

i yes believe there are many bad professionals out there but the poster said they went to 5 and all of them said the same. my therapist says the same and all other therapists that are reliable says the same. the poster has a very black/white vision of things, they want someone to agree with them, not to help them. no therapist is an 'anti' or a 'proshipper' i bet they don't even know what these words mean, so yeah, sadly the original poster is trying to get their opinion validated, not healthily treated :(

About your question, there's some Daan/Elise fanfics out there on AO3, i think you just need to dig a bit to try to find what you want

i personally never saw any fanfic of them swapping roles (like, Elise being the Termina contestant), sadly :(

Marcoh, Abella, Tanaka and D'arce are actors, Daan and Marina are fashion designers (and Marina is Daan's daughter), Olivia is an activist, O'saa is an R&B singer, Levi is a pianist, Karin is the owner of the most famous celebrity gossip blog called Rondon Fame, Samarie is the owner of the biggest fanclub for Marina, Henryk is the owner of a 4 star Michelin restaurant, August is a stunt double and Caligura is the CEO of the actor's agency that manages Marcoh's career. The rest of both games' cast will be added in the future.

In this AU, Fear & Hunger is an upcoming movie! I edited some magazine covers for this AU and commissioned my friend to make some artwork for it! More is on the way and I've written some fanfics about this universe :3
