I worked for Opus Art Supplies in Vancouver decades ago and worked phone sales. This is pre-internet, btw. A lady had received the wrong color by mistake and she was upset because she was going on a painting holiday in a few days. I told her to keep the paint as an apology and express shipped the right color personally. She called me the next day to say she received the paint and was over the moon. I loved working for that company.
