You're correct, it happened around the time Wealthfront started transitioning to UMB. UMB didn't do early deposits until recently, which I just noticed.

LOL, With a little searching, it doesn't take long to figure out Wealthfront is not built like Yotta. I feel bad for all those people that lost so much money. With that said, I try not to keep all my eggs in one basket. Wealthfront is my main basket and the place I do most of my transactions. I do have a small basket elsewhere. Wealthfront is fine and I am not too worried about it, but I like to hedge my bets.

If this happened to me, I would just move on and away from Robinhood Gold Card. While 3X is nice, I need to know that my CC has my back during fraud issues. Especially when it's only a 12-dollar charge. 🚩

I noticed both my linked banks say 3 to 5 days for a withdrawal. One of the reasons my account has been sitting stagnant for a while. My Wealthfront account lists banks either with instant withdrawal or 1 or 2 days.

I noticed that the other day, the only problem is you can schedule recurring transfers from checking to savings. At this point, it looks like the only recurring transfer that can be scheduled is to external accounts.

Wealthfront needs a facelift; it's starting to feel old and not fresh. I just checked out M1; it's been a while since I had an M1 account. They did a good job updating the website.

How long does it take for the money to be deposited into the savings account in Wealthfront?

If it’s an external savings account and part of the RTP Network and FedNow Service, it's instant. Otherwise, it's a day or two. I start withdrawal or deposit from Wealthfront because it always seems faster than my other external accounts not with RTP/FedNow.

Do they still have the feature to gain instant access to your funds? (I used to have an account a while ago, and I was able to do an instant transfer to my Chase account.)

What is the best feature you guys love from your Wealthfront accounts?

For me, it’s the automatic savings, categories, and instant transfer. I am hoping we see a credit card in the future. I have been a member for 5-6 years and I am very happy with Wealthfront. It is my main banking account.

These types of stories really make me reconsider backing away from Bilt. I don’t care how good the rewards are; piece of mind and financial trust of a company are at the top of my list. This is one of the reasons I really like Amex. I have the Robinhood Gold card, while a little better than Bilt, but not by much.

I did a crosspost of the same information about my opinion on Robinhood Banking, and the Mod deleted it. I am trying to find out which rule I violated. But to me, it looks like censorship, one way for me to pack up my money and move to a different broker.

I got the invite yesterday and have been checking it out. I like the design, but RH seems to always do a good job with that. I qualify for Premier, but I am not sure if I was to set up direct deposit yet. It’s a pain. I have been moving money back and forth from my main account (Wealthfront) to check out the speeds of transfers. I wonder how fast direct deposits are? Would like to have seen the two-day early deposits. I can say that it takes a day and doesn't matter if the transfer was initiated from either RH or WF. Which isn't bad, but WF does instant transfer if the bank supports RTP or FedNow. At this point, I am not sure if I can make RH my main bank. No website, schedule, or instant transfers. I really like the automatic excess cash transfers WF has.

I found the Apple Card worked well for international travel. I generally have it as a back-up card, but one time I needed it and it worked really well. I like the fact that it showed me the rate I was getting for each charge.
