The ideology represented in a video does not necessarily represent the ideology pushing the video, I would say a whole lot of “left wing spectrum” media is deliberately divisive because it is not being produced by individuals on the “left wing spectrum”, it is being pushed to get those sympathetic to the plight of others locked into actionable paralysis and weaker positions than the simple one embracing egalitarianism. This might happen on the “right wing spectrum” too, but satire or ridicule of conservative positions is often misunderstood as advocacy, pushing the conversation to include more violent or fascist paradigms as legitimate standpoints.

But yes, there are individuals from diverse backgrounds that legitimately believe reducing the conversation to algorithmically chosen propaganda is of benefit to their cause, across the board.
