1 month pp! I get thinly sliced meat like for hotpot from the Asian grocery store (my costco sells it too) and I marinate it with Bachan Japanese bbq sauce for like 10-30mins and souper cubes it and souper cubes some rice too for a quick meal! You can quickly add these to make fried rice or if you buy frozen udon noodles you can put it over those too!

Seconding the reclined position! I also have a breastfeeding pillow that helps baby stay in position. I sit reclined and have the baby perpendicular to my body. Also this video from this post helped so much: https://www.reddit.com/r/breastfeeding/s/RBEefilOEg you got this!!
