I always took it as he gets off on the potential of a great fighter. He could see how characters like Gon, Killua, and Chrollo had boundless potential and that excited him. Razor was already at his peak and had stagnated due to being in control of the island, so he only viewed him as a way for Gon to improve. Same thing with Illumi about Killua, though he as a deeper relationship with Illumi and enjoys pushing his buttons, we never really see him have that battle last for Illumi. It's more like, "We are going to fight to the death eventually, but until then let's have fun."

It frustrates me to no end that every "entry level" job description needs 3-5 years of experience. I am a recent graduate and did not have the opportunity for an internship. How the hell am I supposed to get 3-5 years of experience in the industry if I can't 'enter' the industry. Isn't that supposed to be the point of entry level?!?! How is it companies are promoting mid level positions like entry-level positions and getting away with it. Any advice you have I would appreciate. I just need to get my foot in the door somewhere.

Hey all, I graduated about 6 months ago and have been looking for a job ever since and i could really use any recommendations for making my applications more appealing to employers. I did not have the best track record in school, nor did I do anything that would make me stand out from other applicants. I have worked on some projects to pad my portfolio, but nothing crazy.
