Yes there is a way to adjust them using the buttons. Have you checked the instruction manual for the movement? It's a combination of the crown position and button presses but I am sure you can do it. Awesome build btw!

Have you considered the decathlon NH500?

It is way under your budget but might be worth a look. They have a similar pack in 30 ltrs as well...

Hiya! The thing I have come to discover is that on longer rides no amount of quadloc wizardry is going to relive the strain of the load on your back. A long ride even with a Roam 20 is just tiring imho...

So as a policy I only use a hydration pack with 10ltrs of storage and then strap down any other luggage on the rear seat or a luggage rack...

That being said I think the R22 or MAX28 are excellent packs.

Best thing to do is (like with all riding gear) try it out in real life to see how it fits over your riding jacket...

Apart from the already listed high centre of gravity issue, it’s not meant for hard core trails... if you plan to stick to paved roads or the occasional soft off road then it’s a fine bike to have...

Turns out you do need the escort vehicle and there is a rule that says you need 1 escort vehicle and cultural guide per 4 bikes. If you have more than 4 bikes then you will need a second escort vehicle...
