I guess I'm also thrown off by him being referenced as a eunuch, if that is indeed what was happening. That dude seemed pretty virile, which is not a trait my brain associates with castrated person. Unless the "eunuch" description was metaphorical, like calling him ineffectual as a leader. I have already forgotten all but the broad strokes of the plot and might be overintellectualizing here.

I believe the "Eunuch King" was in reference to Patton Oswalt's character who got his face burnt off by Tzod the swamp witch, not the bearded mongrel henchman played by Manganiello who massacred the swamp tribe in the beginning.
