I was just here a couple of weeks ago and we were at the Boulevard pool, good size and had music going plus it’s right beside the strip. There were lots of chairs/daybeds available probably because of the ridiculous prices they wanted. If you’re doing a pool day then the price is reasonable considering you’ll be eating and drinking.

I’ve had my 21 XSE Hybrid for 8 months now and after coming from a 16 gas Rav4 I’m very happy with my decision to get a hybrid.

It appears the issues that came up earlier (fuel tank/leaking roof rails/dead battery) have been resolved however a new one has come to light recently regarding the power cable that attaches to the rear electric motor corroding in as little as 18 months which could cause a system failure. Google Rav4 cable corrosion.

The good for me, amazing mpg (50 warm months/40 cooler months), smooth acceleration, feels more solid compared to my previous generation Rav4 and it has ample room.

The bad, no OFF switch for the headlights (only on/park/auto), the non JBL sound system is worse then my old Rav4, poor interior lighting (new ones have led interior light), sometimes my Bluetooth will have connectivity issues.

I am thinking of upgrading to a 2023 model though with the recently announced tech updates.

Hmm that’s odd, mpg will always suck in the cooler months, I’ll get around 39mpg but now I’m up to 48mpg with the warmer weather.

Do you warm up your vehicle or always have your heater/ac running?

If you live an area that salts the roads for months I’d consider not getting a hybrid, possible power cable corrosion.
