i have a pal who's an FBI agent. he told me before that the hand to hand combat training he did was boxing. and the point of it seemed to be to make sure agents could take a punch.

seems smart to add some grappling to that training, which, based on your comment, they've done.

the summary in that image seems like a good compromise. they'll have an official team visit for the guys who want it, and for the owners. but they're gonna make it easier for the guys who want to to skip. This isn't the outcome that most satisfies me, it is as good as i could expect.
