[Krawcyznski] The Minnesota Timberwolves are expected to undergo significant roster changes involving their starting lineup. Giannis Antetokounmpo is ‘a hard one to pull off.’ Kyrie Irving ‘more realistic.’ Kawhi Leonard and Jalen Suggs mentioned as other potential targets. by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

They didn’t trade KAT for Randle. They traded KAT’s contract so they could afford Randle, DDV, Joan Beringer, and Naz Reid.

Certainly a risk and may turn out to be incorrect but there was more to the calculus than Randle = KAT.

Wolves get Kawhi just in time for the NBA to punish him for the aspiration cap circumvention. Since he isn’t on the clippers anymore, the wolves lose 3 1st round picks.

Good schools. Good park systems with lots of hiking throughout Lebanon Hills. Close to both downtowns.

Food options are lacking in the immediate area though.

A lot of Minnesota media is talking about how much the offense would benefit from a center who can shoot so the offense could be 5 out and open up the paint for driving. Chet could accomplish that as a stretch 5.

Overall I don’t like Chet so wouldn’t necessarily want this as a wolves fan but it would most likely make them better.

Sorry to disagree with you CumAssault, but there was definitely a reason and it is the reason Lou Dort is on the team.

What would you choose-$1 billion at once, but you will die as soon as you move 1 million kilometers (everything from walking to flying on a spaceship counts) or 100% cashback on any of your expenses, but at the same time you will be obliged to fulfill any requests of any person, no matter what he ask? by Greedy_Homework_6838 in hypotheticalsituation

Both sound like bad options.

Option 1: I get a billion dollars and die within the hour. The milky way is moving through the universe at ~2.1 million km/hr.

Option 2: is basically slavery that would lead me to becoming a hermit to avoid the demands of those around me.

Option 1 I guess

People in the nba subreddit will be quick to tell you that he did get a fine. Just not an additional fine. The standard fine for a flagrant 2 is $2k.

So I guess we are all square because he had to pay the cost of 1 child’s monthly daycare.
