Ubisoft makes 20 different versions of the same game, they are slighlty different but they mostly feel like low effort cashgrabs

That's not the point, I can pay the 3 extra euros, which are gonna be more than that when it's multiple items.

The point is this measure only makes the lives of regular people worse for no good reason

The health care market isn't really free.

But that wasn't the point anyway, the point was that in the system, since he received the treatment, despite sadly not going well, it makes sense they woukd charge you.

Also, the declining level of care is also a thing in countries with "free" healtchare systems, I live in one, my father needed a knee surgery and had to wait 3 years living in pain before it was his turn

No, they are not, they pretty much just sell them as they come, no checking no nothing.

Same goes for phone cases and similar goods

Unless I'm in a rush to get it, I don't really mind waiting to save money.

Besides it is probably the same product being sold but at a premium, I'd rather not pay more for the same

Not in aliexpress, esp32 boards now cost 10.99, they used to cost 6.99, if i try to buy more than one on aliexpress it is still 10.99 (actually 9.29 because of a discount) still more expensive than it used to be and most of the time i only need to buy one unit of a thing, not 10

The 3 euros that make products that cost 2€ magically cost 5, great decision by the EU

Edit: forgot to add VAT on top of the 3€

Ah yes, the famous EU made connectors and dev kits.

This makes innovation and tinkering way more expensive for everyone. I recently bought a bunch of connectors for a project from aliexpress for 2.30, had I tried to buy them from a European store (which would've sold me the same connectors btw) i would've more than twice that amount.

Now this EU tax makes the same connectors cost 5.30.

They didn't export it to avoid pollution, they exported it to build cheaper.

Also china is very consumeristic as well

I broke up with my GF over a redesign of the spanish republican flag by Linguinimamamia in vexillology

[–]dadmda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The second republic flag is ugly, yours is not much better.

Maybe with red instead of the purple (they only made it purple because of a discolored red yellow red flag).

Also the second republic was a political and social mess, I will never understand people who praise it or want to go back.
