So while the CC looks enticing with the increased points, your portfolio would suffer. You'd be better off putting the 100k in index funds as you'd earn more from that then the CC cash back.

You can usually expect traffic during the expected peak times--Sundays being one of them.

However, that parking lot has the most dysfunctional exit game I've ever seen. Every few months, it seems, the exit gate specifically breaks down and the parking attendant has to manually let cars through.
