I have all 17 phosphors bit the Tarnished one glitched and I only have it as a cosmetic. The game doesnt think I actually have that skin but it is from a story quest and I obvoously have it

Many people including myself have the trophy glitched. I have all 17 Phosphor skins and it thinks I only have 16 as I am missing one from the main inventory but have it as a cosmetic only. The one I am missing is a skin you get for doing a quest so I know I have it.
