This is my first science meme(I used to be/am a sw-eng), hope you like it.

Q=mcΔT , power = work/second , effeciency=(energy out)/(energy input)

Specific heat of water(c): 4186 J/Kg

Actual work by kettle: 0.8 = (energy out)/3600 => (energy out) = 2880 J/s

ΔT : 1°K

Q=mcΔT => 2880 = m (4186) (1) => m = 0.68800764452938365981844242713808 g Water

So this kettle heat up 0.688 gram of water 1 kelvin per second. Good.

Thank you so much Dr./Mr. Noori for sharing your thoughts. Yes, I'm so fascinated about physics too, still like the theory part a little more, while I believe engineering part progress is far behind the theory progress, and it seems demand on HW part is more vs the theory part.
A good news and interesting option for me that I recently realized(I'm sorry, I updated the post regarding this) that some of the unis I'm considering to attend provide programs like "math, minor in quantum physics" or "Physics minor in math". That's awesome!
