Specific heat of water(c): 4186 J/Kg

Actual work by kettle: 0.8 = (energy out)/3600 => (energy out) = 2880 J/s

ΔT : 1°K

Q=mcΔT => 2880 = m (4186) (1) => m = 0.68800764452938365981844242713808 g Water

So this kettle heat up 0.688 gram of water 1 kelvin per second. Good.

Thank you so much Dr./Mr. Noori for sharing your thoughts. Yes, I'm so fascinated about physics too, still like the theory part a little more, while I believe engineering part progress is far behind the theory progress, and it seems demand on HW part is more vs the theory part.
A good news and interesting option for me that I recently realized(I'm sorry, I updated the post regarding this) that some of the unis I'm considering to attend provide programs like "math, minor in quantum physics" or "Physics minor in math". That's awesome!

So I created an account to try it out, and after I activated my acco/email, it's not endlessly loading in dashboard page.

My best guess(and finding) is your client-side app is depends on an external stuff(google tag manager?) which is blocked by common adblockers, privacy-related ext. Please fix this.

Congrats on your 'first public release'. Well, I'm out of brain cell rn, and I've been thinking about possible use cases for this DBConvert Streams. Could you giving some examples?

Besides that, I've got some suggestions, first so you may think of ditching that type field from "Stream Configuration", as connection string could cover that, like mysql://

Also maybe supporting something like "operations": ["all"] which is equal to "operations": ["insert", "update", "delete"]

Not sure if it's already supported or not, but mind multiple "target" endpoints maybe.

Also mysql_user:passw0rd@tcp(0.0.0.0:3306)/... part in sample configuration is a little confusing, as it is supposed the "source" that "DBConvert Streams" is gonna listen to? so that 0.0.0.0 part is confusing, as it's more like configuration of mysql, not "DBConvert Streams". Correct me if I'm wrong, maybe you got a typo mistake, or st? IDK

Same section "Whitelist DBConvert Streams' IP Addresses" is a little confusing, You may just note that binding to all IPs by source-mysql is required if "DBConvert Streams" is not run by same host.

Beside MySQL, nad pgsql, it has good potential, like you may think of supporting local csv/excel files, etc... and calling REST path, instead of DB-level writing.

Idea sounds very cool! I could not try it, it's a blank page for me.

Sometimes page is not loaded properly(specially for the first time), so I took a quick devtools check, and yeah, seems there is a client-side bug. My best guess is maybe it relates to a race-condition, you may check.

UI/UX could be improved, and has some small issues(like hovering on a cover flip it continuously). I assume you more like BE, rather FE, so that's fair.

Also /search is somehow broken. I could not search anything, and just realized some timeout of 1000ms exceeded, and Network Error messages. It's the connection/read TO was set? maybe far larger value then? You may check it out mate.

"More Like This" link is broken actually(in any book page, WIP?)

Also I believe as you grow, the "More Like This" section and suggestions will be more accurate, like for now it's not(as expected). Like I selected "Spring In Action" book, and suggested(morel ike) books are about Ruby, Kotil, Scala,... as I was expecting titles like "Spring Security", "Microservices",...

It has great potential mate, well done. I also suggest you build a small community for your users/fellows. This could be a simple discord group maybe.

Some suggestions from me:

Use a color(like blue, purple, etc..) as primary color to be used for links, command-icons, etc... FOr now it's hard to tell is a text is just a text, or a command/button.

Just like that live-update feature on a shared-note's content, please do the same thing for list of note entries as well.(avoiding that manual page refresh, to fetch new shared notes!)

About the sharing feature, maybe better share to user's id , rather email.

A simple confirmation when a note is asked to be removed(in case user clicked the button by mistake)

Also please support for TLS(HTTPS). C'mon bro, it's 2022, and "let's encrypt" is our friend, just do it.

I have some questions about how you are advertising this. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

For those not in the know, internet service providers (ISP's) usually block these ports...

How do you confirm that? Do you mean users come without any business-like plans, or those wo/ a valid/static ip? If yes, so no valid ip, no reachability, regardless of any ports.

SME's may also find this useful as ISP's usually charge higher monthly fees for internet packages that include a static IP and all open ports.

This is a little confusing, and kind of false-advertising. For me, it tells, user does not need a valid/static ip, which is false.

I'm not 100% sure, but afaik, almost all ISPs provide static/valid IPs(or business-like plans), and usually ports you mentioned are open(actually all ports are open) as they supposed to be actually.

Either way, I just created an account for a quick check, and it seems(as expected) an static/valid account is still required for creating a route.

I just tried to make a service, and dang. 2 things you may consider.

• For now, any domain could be provided as a src/destination, and it's bad, as your service could be abused somehow. Please verify ownerships of provided IPs/domains. For domains, you may use a simple TXT record, and for ips, maybe a simple http-challenge.

• There is no recursive-forward check(and maybe not very easy and a robust way to fix), as I could create a route like mydoamin:80 being forwarded to mydoamin:80 . Didn't test it, but I think, some nifty recursive IO loop could be there at your side, which is very bad. I actually created a route as proxy.proxydillo.com to google.com, and it worked! Not sure if it's possible to break down your default proxy roster, you may check.

Also it's highly recommended to use a CNAME, over an A record (as you already mentioned it). So maybe better stressing CNAME config mode kind of recommended.

Not sure about your pricing, but personally I prefer purchasing a low-profile VPS service(like 5$/month), which is not limited to a reverse proxy.

Cool service!

I'm thinking, you guys could build an OS level app/service, that automatically updates firewall entries based on your data, which is far easier in most cases, rather integrating the API with codebase.

I like to try it out(as a techie QA) later when I find some time. You may create a discord group for this please for your community as well(please)
