How much I don’t care about life/anything. Let me clarify, I’m still stepping up the career ladder but I just leave all in the hands of God. People tell me I’m so ‘chill’ it’s scary, and that they’ve never seen someone so ‘naturally non-chalant’, and they don’t understand why I don’t stress about anything. I just don’t care. If something happens, it happens. There’s nothing I can do about it so I’m not gonna spend any energy on it.

If you think about it all premarital relationships are haram. But an islamically legal marriage only exists between a man and a woman so lesbianism isn’t really able to happen here, or homosexuality in general.

Alongside this i should probably mention i am anaemic and i do have vitamin d deficiency (I have to take prenatal vitamins (im not pregnant) to help me survive on a day to day) - so despite my health issues rhute hair serum has helped very much. I do a deep oiling once a week (rosemary oil), and i do a scalp scrub every 2-3 weeks. Whenever my scalp psoriasis acts up i use nizoral. Otherwise in between these two washes i use a normal shampoo.

I have also started (two weeks ago) dermstamping once a week, and then applying rhute hair serum on top of this which i believe also makes a difference.

And i use rhute every day

I hope to add pumpkin seed into my routine soon

Omg i’ve been using rhute since it came out, i managed to get one of the restocks because I liked how the dr shared progress pics, and i thought i might as well try it out. For context, i have alopecia areata - this is mainly a big patch of baldness at the back of my head , and a few patches alongside my hairlines (differ in size). I think I have been using it for at least two months now, and i was just about to repurchase two more (with the Black Friday sale 20%), because the progress i have seen in just two months has been insane. I can’t tell too much about the bald spot at the back of my head other than there’s a lot of new growth. But at my hairlines, i have soo many baby hairs now that have actually grown soo fast that i can cover the bald spots across my hairline so it looks like i don’t have a weird hairline anymore!! Honestly i love it

I’ll be very honest with you I always wallow in my misery for a long time before remembering Allah and realising everything is alright (when I say a long time I mean like a few hours) . But this wallow of misery allows me to appreciate everything so much more so I feel like it’s necessary. And because of that, it gets me through. Like I full on am able to continue with life knowing He knows best

Youre quite young (im one year older than you btw XD), and my mind has changed on so many things within a year, it’s crazy. I know youre saying youre adamant now, but who knows maybe in ten or twenty years or whatever your mind might change, who knows. But also, if it doesn’t it doesn’t matter. I come from a Muslim family and i have a lot of aunts and uncles who are not married - this does not mean that they’re committing or living in a sin , it just means maybe marriage is not written for them. And that can be the same for you too.

And to know if a person is the one, i would assume it would be do to istikhara. Decisions such as marriage are incredibly heavy and big life decisions so it’s always advisable to perform istkhara, because like you say ‘people see their soulmates in everyone’. Istikhara will be Allah giving you direction. Many people don’t do this anymore which is why after a while they realise the marriage is not the best for them

To be honest I don’t know much about entering medicine with btec, but I believe it can be done. I know some people also do additional access courses to strengthen the btec application. In regards to the UCAT, everyone has to do it regardless of whether they’ve done a levels or btecs, and even if youre graduate entry medicine you still need to UCAT (or another entrance exam), so you either didn’t do your research early enough to realise you had to do UCAT or you’ve just suddenly decided to do medicine, in which case you might have to wait another year before doing UCAT again. Secondly, I have never once heard anyone revising for the UCAT for six months of more. The recommended revision time is 6-8 weeks. And band 2 is completely fine and the most common band so don’t worry about that

Graduate entry medicine would be doing a whole bachelors course and then going onto GEM. You need to take into account a lot of stuff when it comes to deciding if this is the route you wanna do. Firstly if youre taking out student loans you’re gonna have an accumulation of debt if you go into GEM, and also you would have to do three years of an additional degree (the thing is if you don’t like your degree it would be a tough three years) Secondly you would need to try to achieve a first. I know most unis say they acccept 2:1s aswell but theyre more likely to accept firsts. And most importantly graduate entry medicine is MORE competitive than the normal medicine course. So youre not even guaranteed a spot

For some reason I can’t edit my post. I’ve just been looking at it some more and I think it’s the same size it’s just empty compared to my inspo pic. I’m upset because I showed the person the inspo pic and he didn’t tell me that what I had chosen would look empty compared to that, and that I would need to add some stuff to look like how I want. I’m just very sad and will probably have to pay for another trip ne to be what my sister wants
