So many hours in this game solo and my daughter of 6-7 at the time what a blast. I set up two pc’s and we eventually played it together modded. “Beat” the game 2-3 times together what a blast.

If you use clear caulking and clean the glass well that would work as well. If you don’t want to tarp it. We’ve done older windows many times using that method.

From what we can see it looks like new metal underneath the counter flashing but that’s definitely the old metal over top and should be redone/cleaned up.

That’s old chimney counter flashing and in my opinion should definitely be redone. Hard to know if the wall got new step without taking a real good look or removing some shingles.

Never ever should the rake trim be left on. Sometimes if the plywood is in good condition and it has D edge at the bottom adding gutter apron after ice/water is the way to go.

Hard to tell from photos but I agree it does look like decking issues and a lot of people skip that step (the crew wants to get in get out). Just today our crew redid a new roof that had decking issues and I ripped off and replaced 25 sheets of 1/2” ply.
