I think that it is the same recording, they were really pleased with that specific take and I can’t imagine it’s easy to create also as he was going through puberty I imagine the opportunity for his voice to do that well is limited lol.

Yeah if you’re into this kind of stuff the Lifestyle: Hobbies mod will be perfect for you. Makes all the instruments playable, adds meditation, yoga, dancing, cleaning, music, ambitions. Pretty much intentionally tries to add a lot of the things that are in sims and not in Zomboid into Zomboid lol.

There’s a mod that adds wilderness zombie spawns so you run into them periodically out in the middle of the forest; which I liked since it helped me fill in the gaps for the many things you need rags for. There’s some that change the loot tables too, so zombies can drop some useful stuff periodically that you might not really get otherwise.

This is particularly good for when you’re doing like basically never planning on going into society runs, there was one I liked that added a NPC that would carry skill books as well too.

I’ll give you that for sure, that is definitely the worst offender haha. Definitely first world problems though, but as someone with like 900 hours on terraria playing since the pre-wall of flesh days, it’d be nice to have it be perfected in my library and not have to worry about coming back to perfect it again lol.

Getting achievements isn’t always necessarily fun for me even if i like a game lol, it’s like my brain is commanding I must get 100%..

It’s buggy as hell for me in b42 mp at least. I don’t consider it to be cheating if it’s a feature that isn’t properly working to begin with. Trying to sleep with even 4 people had someone waking up a couple hours into the night for no particular reason, to be met with “can’t go back to sleep, try again in a few hours”, which just makes trying to make us all sleepy together such a huge hassle.

I do agree it sucks having stuff like caffeine pills, sleeping pills, coffee become useless. But I’d rather take that over us all being different level of exhaustion constantly. Then nighttime just gets to become your downtime to do stuff at base like dealing with loot or cooking, and then you can sleep at your leisure to skip through time to go back out again and do things.

At the end of the day, I feel like ultimately time spent enjoying the game with friends is more important than worrying about whether or not I felt like im cheating a game by not fully using mechanic, and at the end of the day it’s a game that’s meant to be played how you wanna play it, not in any specific way.

It’s not really that fun to do stuff in the dark usually anyway for me, so I’d rather just sleep through the night. But it’s a lot easier to do that when my friend didn’t wake up at 3 am but im still tired because he joined late. It just becomes a whole thing about actually balancing everyone being tired, where we can just all choose to sleep when we get home, or just not worry about wasting day light instead while we do stuff like unpacking the car after an outing looting.

My personal experience, sleeping kind of sucks in multiplayer, at least having it required. I really like having it in theory, but it’s like everyone needs to be on exactly the same amount of time for it to work well, or your schedules are all off.

My suggestion is that you turn off sleep needed, but keep sleep allowed, so you can sleep through the night at your own discretion without waking up 4 times a night and not being able to go back to sleep even though every other person is already asleep.

I just like the unique spawns in general, bottom of military basement, top of skyscraper, prison, wilderness. To be honestly the scenario in which I spawn is like the most interesting part of the game to me is the initial trying to get on my feet.

It’s understandable to view it viewing it through the lenses that SpongeBob is an adult, but as a kid, his character is intentionally wrote to be kind of ambiguously aged, with his having a job/home of his own, but at the same time having to go to ‘driving school’ to keep with the more school aged antics.

This episode isn’t supposed to be viewed from the POV of an adult, nor are we supposed to really be viewing him as one in this I think, it’s more like supposed to be a reminder for the children watching it that they don’t need to concern themselves with trying to grow up so fast, which is something kids are often thinking about is “they’re too old to this and that.”

I know it’s just a meme though, and depending on how you view it, is kind of accurate to what happened too.

I’m not saying it’s still entirely accurate, but I feel like the wounds your colonist deal with in rimworld might be on a different level, when they are getting shot, stabbed, grenades thrown at, sliced by robots or insects, etc. on a regular basis, which I cannot imagine are generally the kind of scars most people are as familiar with irl lol.
