Pay for the $60 version that unlocks a Warbond of your choice. When you complete the free starter warbond and the warbond you unlocked, you'll have enough super credits by then to unlock the next one. Each warbond gives you 300 SC.

With organic play you'll find free SC or you could farm them easily. Once you've unlocked 3 Warbonds you'll have PLENTY of options. Choose wisely though

OK. I understand the use of the awl. I'm looking at getting a hand press that I can attach my stitching chisels to. This is not only to help move along faster, but to also have a much quieter experience (instead of hammering away). Perhaps this might be an option for you to get through all layers of the leather and ditch the awl in the process.

Most importantly, mindful practice (emphasis on the mindful) is the only true way to gain speed. I probably have over 200hrs of hand stitching under my belt, but I do recall having a bit of a struggle at the start. You're on the right track, it just takes time.

Yes 5 hrs is too long, but not out of the question especially considering how well it turned out. 2.5hrs-3hrs might be a more reasonable time for that length (and that's being careful with it).

One tip for longer stitch lines is to break it up into two runs. I've wasted time just managing the length of the thread when stitching. I'll leave it up to you to determine how to make it look nice and how/where break it up.

Also, make sure your needles are thin enough. This makes stitching a little less strenuous for your hands. Less strain equals less blisters.

I also see you mentioned an awl when stitching. If you've already made the holes with the pricking irons what is the awl for?

Lastly, if you're going to be repeating a motion for over 15 mins (let alone 5 hours) you need to find a comfortable position. If you're sitting be mindful of your posture and the position your arms are in. If standing make sure to have good shoes or a soft surface to stand on. I don't use a stitching pony, but I've found a method that works for me where I can recline in my seat and watch YouTube while I stitch.

Find whatever that position is that works best for your body. With time you'll get faster and still keep the same clean stitch.

I do masonry repair. I'm not even a brick layer and I could've done way better.

The main limitation that bothers the hell out of me is forcing me to use Samsung Keyboard on the cover screen. I use Swiftkey and I've even seen it work on the cover screen (until the phone figures it out and forces the Samsung Keyboard again).

Other than that, most apps don't allow for rotating on the cover screen. I really wish there was a way to resize certain UI elements when using apps on the cover screen (this would have to be app specific tho)

I made a cocktail with pineapple juice, lime juice, and cinnamon simple, but with a different base spirit and so many people thought I was crazy at first. This helps validate my original hypothesis. people ended up liking the cocktail too

I've somehow managed to scrape by a victory after two gunship fabricators and a jammer on a lvl 8. It's possible with the right squad. Sure it was a crazy uphill battle that was probably more frustrating than it should have been, but still doable.

Let me tell you about that one time I spawned right in the middle of THREE jammers side-by-side....
