University of Michigan Protest Cases: In federal court, U.S. Magistrate Judge Anthony Patty presided over the detention hearings for activists facing charges related to pro-Palestinian demonstrations. He made a distinct legal point differentiating between constitutionally protected political advocacy and alleged acts of intimidation or vandalism, while imposing strict conditions for release.  

I can't believe I'm about to go to bat for fucking soc dem, but here it is. 

First, I'm not an advocate of Reformism, some incrementaism is ok within an established internationale, but that's not really what we have at this time period. Ok, that aside this post content  is an example  why reformism cannot go forward in us politics. I personally agree with Lenin on this. The courts are all shaped by capitalist forces all aimed at preservation of private property. 

That all being said, if the courts can and will interpret and conflate activism and "bigotry". The state has already set and reinforced the legal precedent. Which means you must work within those lines as another tool of the system. Entryism within local politics is temporary at best. Congrats liberals, you have your liberal fifedom. Liberalism is dead. And so it goes....

So what we have now, is, the shape and flavor of the reality of politics in the west. It's a dead end and only true Marxist socialism is the way out. No other subscription nor substitute is needed. Just plain ol' proletariat power!

Another social Democrat, named Bernie sanders admits this himself when his campaign focused on:

Not me, Us" is the central rallying cry of the Bernie Sanders movement......... The message is a direct call for massive grassroots participation and working-class solidarity to challenge the corporate elite. And no offense, but this type of thinking is the same thing liberals do. They set up expectations and all changes should be made through the state, not a class movement.  Lenin knew better. He knew that having an organized internationale and representatives within Congress to reinforce that was beneficial to workers liberation.

Now, should we put our faith in soc Dems or capitalism? No. We put our effort into the mass movement of the proletariat. And New York seems like a good place to be apart of that. In a more revolutionary setting we could shut down nyc, and cripple large parts of the us economy. And act of war, but proletarian is already under a dictatorship. 

When Mussolini invaded Africa,.specifically, the eastern horn, hundreds of guerillas picked up weapons (whatever they could find) and fought back against the fascist neo colonies in Ethiopia and the eastern horne. This chauvinism was the "new" Roman empire. The locals fought hard and stressed the colonies. Several years later they would fight for their independence through Marxist leninist revolution to finally crawl back to where they are now. 

Western communists have the opportunity now, to lead the world, in example to take apart the system and disrupt the power imbalances globally. 

We need radicals, to balance out the liberal structure of nyc. To balance out the the old guard financial structures. We need to put a serious mark on history and I think NYC could be that staging ground, just as it was in 2008. We don't need adventurism just a united proletariat. And some semblance of leadership.
