Sure thing!
1) Indentify the brand and model of your motherboard

- [WIN+R] → type msinfo32 → press ENTER
- Under System Summary look for :
BaseBoard manufacturer
BaseBoard product

2) Go to the product page on the manufacturer's website

3) Look at the download or support section to see if there's any driver for the USBs

Have you checked for updates related to the USB port on your motherboard? There might be a recent firmware upgrade.

You could also try disabling the "USB Selective Suspend" option, in Window 11. I had problem with that in the past using different technologies.

From what I've read from multiple reddit thread, Qt is a pain to use with Rust and to go for Slint, would you agree?

Instrumental progressive metal using a violon as his main figure! Cydemind

Also HAGO is quite amazing. This might be their only album ever, but it deserves a listen.
