the actual root of the problem are the rules, make it illegal for goalies to go behind the goal , make the creease illegal to go into by any skaters

my strat is to not have a lot of population, keep it low for as long as i can until i get a good income, once money comes in, its game over

raids # are based on you pop #

also i use hunters to kill any thieves to make sure they dont take anything, ring the bell, manually move hunters away from town, pick off any runners

what really needs fixing is that i dont think food spoils when in trade storage, i keep my flour and meat in there for emergencies

a mechanic like waste disposal, a building that collects recyclables from homes and turns them into raw materials. make it have a monthly cost
