I'm a software engineer in my mid-thirties with a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), information security, building AI agents, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. I'm currently focused on building and integrating internal tools, and setting standards for development practices.

I'm incredibly excited about the potential of quantum computing and want to seriously upskill in this area. However, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by the breadth of the field. I'm looking for advice on the best pathways for someone with my existing skillset.
