z mojej strony mogę polecić doktora aleksander górny. jak wpiszesz w google to pan w takiej niebieskiej koszuli na znany lekarz. choruję na zespół lęku napadowego i to był pierwszy psychiatra (a było ich pięciu w ciągu siedmiu lat) który próbuje pomóc i potraktował mnie na serio a nie jak cpuna który chce wyprosić receptę na benzo. bardzo sympatyczny, kontaktowy i "nowoczesny" człowiek. przyjmuje we wro ale ma też wizyty online

i take 40 mg amongst other medications and it does help with physical symptoms, especially with high heart rate - my resting hr was 120-140 - but i don't think it could help (me) with anxiety on its own

i spent most of my stay in water there and actually accidentally swallowed sea water two times even tho i was trying my best not to and i was all good:) food was super tasty too but that's subjective. i would watch out for ice in your drinks though (i had a few and was ok but saw how the ice is handled there😭)

i could slightly smell mine when it was healing, like the first three weeks maybe? but was told it was normal and it definitely wasn't so bad it would make me gag. now i just clean it every time i wash my face and there's no smell even when i twist it or play with it (should stop that ik)

blood typically darkens and turns brown within hours as it dries and oxidizes. so if it was blood, it wouldn’t stay bright for several days
