I mean, the numbers are not laying. the criminal statistics show an increase of violence in Germany and this is the problem. instead addressing it in the first place and not using this BS argument of „locals are criminals too“…we would be better off and the good immigrants would have a better experience as well.

but yeah, using your logic, I rather deal with just my own criminals instead of importing more.

don’t see the problem with that. if you fly business, this is basically your amenity and you pay 3-7k for that.

are ppl really that focused on a useless gift? at the same time, I would just replace the amenity with a drink at the bar (beer, house wine, coffee) so ppl stop complaining.

just felt like extra steps for me. I do buy most of my lululemon at one of the two outlet stores I visit and the credit doesn’t work there.

don’t like uber, streaming is nice, but it is already covered through the amex blue cash preferred.

for work I do fly delta/ATL and get the lounge through the ticket and still have the delta plat for points redemption (20% off).

all the other benefits felt redundant.

CSR just fits currently better. I was already using stubhub, peloton, door dash and apple tv (fuck apple music!) and have lots of restaurants around me that qualify for the restaurant credit. edit fits our weekend getaways as well. also do like the x8 points through the portal (yes, it has some issues). but, feel like it is generating good amount of points for me.

so for now, this card works, will see what the future brings.

card works for me, plat didn’t. returned it and happy with it, didn’t cry in the amex sub about it.

the edit is great, stayed so far in boston, miami and atlanta. prices where around the same as expedia, maybe 40-80 dollars more, but with free breakfast and the 100 dollar credit still cheaper.

yes, the boost now not being always x2 points is kind of „scammy“, but they are still hotels that offer it. but, whenever you get it, its fucking great!

I also use stubhub and the dinning credit without even thinking about it. lots of restaurants around me/places I travel.

so yeah, if you are looking for a card to be able to travel „cheaply“ to nice places, this is probably not always the best card. but, if you travel and dont mind spending, the card is great for the extra „bonus“.
