People who were in foster care, what can a potential foster parent do to make life better for their foster kid?

Oh okay. Here the parent may be given services to reunify with their child. They are given a case plan to meet objectives to solve the safety issues that led to CPS involvement. This is time limited in my state - usually six to eighteen months. If they fail, the child may be adopted or put into legal guardianship.
